Are there any countries you don't deliver to because of COVID-19 or other restrictions? (Updated 23rd October 2024)
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and almost many other debit and credit cards via Stripe.
We also offer payments via PayPal and for those looking to Buy Now & Pay Later, you can use PayPal Credit & PayPal Pay Later (PayPal Credit subject to approval by PayPal for those outside of the United States and not by us)
You can also use popular payment methods to spread costs such as Klarna, PayPal Credit when you check out using Stripe.
For those with Apple or Samsung devices, we also offer Apple Pay and Google Checkout
Why is my order taking long to dispatch?
We print on demand so we try our best to get orders out in the order they arrive. We have a quality control process which we try our best to ensure is always 100% so this can often take time to deal with. Our fulfilment time is 2-7 working days (this does not including shipping time). If it's taking longer than expected then please contact us so we can identify the issue.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
My order hasn't arrived!
Wait a day or two. Our delivery is only estimated dates and not a guarantee.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14-21 days of shipping notification, contact us as soon as possible so we can track it down. As we no longer handle our shipping from our office, we need to track down the your order through our fulfilment centre and delivery specialists.
What is your delivery time and how is it estimated?
Estimated Fulfilment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time
We try to fulfil orders within 2-5 business days for non-apparel and 2-7 business days for apparel orders. We factor in current order volumes and our capacity, although the shipping time is based on historical data. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee as at times issues such as products being out of stock or shipping related delays such as service disruptions may occur.
Do you deliver orders to a PO Box?
In order to ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend using a physical address as only national postal services are able to deliver to PO Boxes but some of our products are too large to be accepted by them for delivery.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Returned by Customer - It is best to contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. You would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

How do gift cards purchased on Gift Up! work?
In order to use Gift Up! gift cards on our store, your basket total must be of the gift card amount or more which does not include the delivery charge.
A gift card amount that I would like to purchase isn't available, how do I request it?
At the moment, we only offer a £20, £30 or £50 gift card however if there is an amount that you would to purchase, you can request it through our contact page or via social media.
